The auction was conducted using the “Buyer’s Choice” method, allowing competitive bidding on each tract. The land featured quality soil types and excellent access, with Tract 1 offering approximately 680 feet of frontage along state Route 55. The auction was conducted online by Dye Real Estate and Land Co.
