The National FFA Organization recently announced a partnership with Vivayic, the nation’s largest learning solution provider for agriculture, to create virtual leadership labs. This unprecedented collection of modules will use a challenge-based learning approach to help prepare FFA members for success. Development of these online programs will start this fall, with plans to make the leadership labs available to FFA members by the summer of 2026.

“We believe partnering with Vivayic on this project is an exciting step forward in making leadership education more accessible, engaging, and impactful for our members,” said Christine White, chief program officer at National FFA Organization. “As we expand to reach more than one million members, this collaboration ensures we’re combining innovation with real-world insight to equip every young leader — no matter where they are — with the tools they need to grow and succeed.”

Once complete, the leadership labs will be free and available for FFA members to use online, introducing them to challenges they could face in their everyday lives and helping them learn problem-solving skills in new and active ways.

Teachers will be able to customize the labs so they can be integrated into any school subject to make sure students can develop leadership skills alongside their regular curriculum. This collection is the first phase of a 10-year partnership between FFA and Vivayic to create interactive leadership resources that students and teachers can easily use in the future.

“We’re proud to partner with FFA, an organization that shares our passion for shaping future leaders,” said Seth Derner, principal and founder of Vivayic. “By combining our expertise in e-learning with their deep-rooted commitment to leadership through agricultural education, we’re creating something truly meaningful, which will empower students to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact in their communities.”
