The Female Producer Panel, always a popular event at the annual Women in Agribusiness Summit, has been announced. This year’s Summit will be held September 22-24, 2025, in Orlando, Florida.

Tim Brennan of the nonprofit Farm Foundation will moderate the panel, delving into topics such as agritourism, collaborating with industry partners, creative on-farm solutions, and technical and vertical integration models. The following panelists will join him on stage:

  • Cheri De Jong oversees 27 family-owned agricultural businesses for AgriVision Farm Management and also serves as CFO and co-owner of one of the largest family-operated organic dairies in the U.S., Natural Prairie Dairy, based in Hartley, Texas. She and her husband, Donald, oversee the DeJong Foundation, which empowers people in agriculture around the world.
  • Lynetta Usher Griner is a Florida logger, rancher, timberland owner, and corporate secretary of Usher Land & Timber, Inc. She has served on the Suwannee River Water Management District and was the first female president of the Florida Forestry Association. In 2022, she received the Florida Commissioner of Agriculture’s Environmental Leadership Award.
  • Lisa Hill, co-owner of Southern Hill Farms, Inc., was raised on a farm in central Florida. She and her husband, David, have a 120-acre agritourism business in Clermont, Florida, where visitors can attend festivals and purchase produce or participate in u-pick experiences.

Attend the Summit

The Women in Agribusiness organization aims to grow female agribusiness leadership, and the Summit — in its 14th year — offers educational and networking experiences for attendees. Last year, more than 1,000 attendees participated in the Summit in Denver, Colorado.
