A little past 9:30 a.m. CT, December corn was down 1¾¢ at $4.25 per bushel.

November soybeans were down 5¼¢ at $10.38½ per bushel.

December CBOT wheat was down less than a penny at $5.27¾ per bushel. December KC wheat was down 2½¢ at $5.13¾ per bushel. December Minneapolis wheat was up a penny at $5.75.

This morning, USDA announced Mexico is buying 110,000 metric tons of corn for the 2025/2026 marketing year.

USDA also released the weekly U.S. Export Sales report for the week that ended Sept. 11. The Brock Report characterized the report as neutral for corn and soybean prices, but also noted China’s continued absence from among soybean buyers may add pressure for that commodity. For wheat, The Brock Report said the report was “slightly negative.”

As of 9:35 a.m. CT, December live cattle were up 48¢ at $233.15 per hundredweight (cwt). October feeder cattle were up 73¢ at $349.85 per cwt. December lean hogs were down 3¢ at $87.63 per cwt.

November crude oil was up 23¢ at $63.93 per barrel.

As of 9:36 a.m. CT, the U.S. Dollar Index December contract was up to 97.05.
