W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company (better known to most people simply as Case Knives) and the Tennessee Farmers Cooperative Foundation jointly presented a check for over $60,000 to the state’s FFA and 4-H programs, marking a 24-year partnership dedicated to supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders.
This initiative, which involves the sale of special edition knives crafted by Case Knives, has generated over $750,000 since its inception. Proceeds from the program are equally divided between Tennessee 4-H and FFA, providing vital funding for programs that nurture leadership, personal growth, and agricultural education.
Tennessee FFA serves 33,000 members across 246 chapters, offering students opportunities to develop leadership skills and explore agricultural careers. Similarly, Tennessee 4-H engages more than 136,000 youth in hands-on learning experiences that promote life skills and community involvement. Together, these organizations form the backbone of the state’s efforts to prepare young people for success in agriculture and beyond.
The program not only funds critical youth development initiatives but also fosters a sense of pride and connection within Tennessee’s agricultural communities.
“This partnership is a testament to the power of working together to support our agricultural future,” said a Case Knives representative.
