Busch Light unveils its annual farmer specialty cases for 2025

For the past several years, Anheuser-Busch has recognized American growers through the release of limited-edition Busch Light cans — with a portion of the profits going to the nonprofit Farm Rescue organization.

Like last year, 10 cents of every Busch Light Farming case sold during the month of July will go toward Farm Rescue, which works to provide material aid to family farms and ranches in times of need or crisis throughout the Midwest. Money will be donated until Busch Light reaches a $200,000 cap.

The specialty packaging features vibrantly wrapping with a red barn design, a tractor, cattle, and an eagle soaring over cornfields.

In 2024, Anheuser-Busch became the first company to pay to get its products certified by American Farmland Trust with the “U.S. Farmed” seal. And with the launch of this year’s For the Farmers cans, it will be the first specialty can ever to feature that logo. The U.S. Farmed certification and packaging seal was created for products that derive at least 95 percent of their agricultural ingredients from farms in the United States.

This certification is also built into Anheuser-Busch’s marketing slogan of “Choose Beer Grown Here.” Anheuser-Busch said it spends more than $700 million annually sourcing nearly all ingredients in its products from its more than 700 grower partners across the country, many of whom it has worked with for generations.

“We source nearly all the ingredients in our iconic American beers from hard-working U.S. farmers — many of whom we have worked with for generations,” Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth said at the time the certification was first announced. “The U.S. Farmed certification takes our commitment to the next level, and we are proud to lead the industry in rallying behind American farmers to ensure the future of U.S. agriculture, which is crucial to our country’s economy. We look forward to other companies joining us in seeking U.S. Farmed certification for their products so that together we can make an even greater impact and show our support for American farmers.”

Busch Light has partnered with Farm Rescue since 2019, helping to raise nearly $1.5 million for the organization to date. In years past, Busch Light has supported the agricultural community through its fan-favorite Corn Cans, which in 2020, directly helped fund Farm Rescue’s expansion into Kansas.

“The support from Anheuser-Busch and Busch Light has helped us deliver real, tangible relief to over 1,200 families stricken by unexpected crises,” said Bill Gross, president and founder of Farm Rescue. “Thanks to partners like Busch Light, we’re able to provide planting, harvesting, and livestock feeding assistance at moments when farmers need it most.”
