Ag Growth International (AGI) has introduced two additions to its conveyor lineup: the FX4 SP (gas over hydraulic drive) and FX4 18S (electric top drive).

“The FX4 SP and FX4 18S are built for grain operations that require reliable, high-throughput conveyors that range from 8,000 to 10,500 [bushels per hour],” said Paul Brisebois, AGI senior vice president North American Farm and Global Portables. “This reflects AGI’s commitment to building smarter, more efficient grain handling solutions for farm operations of all sizes.”

FX4 SP Conveyor

The FX4 SP is designed for mobility, featuring a self-propelled mover kit, with hydraulic steering and all-terrain tires for easier bin access and a tighter turning radius. Powered by a 37-hp Vanguard gas engine, it delivers up to 8,000 bushels per hour (bph) through a 10-inch tube and a 15-inch belt. Key features include:

  • Pinch roller design for improved belt traction
  • Retrofittable mover kit with rear-wheel drive
  • Removable top plate for easier maintenance
  • Under-hopper pivoting skid plate for belt protection and easier cleanout
  • Discharge hood for direct grain flow
  • Low-profile collapsible hopper and handle for more clearance under bins and easier setup in tight spaces
  • Available in 39-foot, 44-foot, and 49-foot lengths

“The FX4 SP is built to move and maneuver in tight spaces — literally,” said Kent Woods, AGI director of global product management. “With its self-propelled design and powerful drive system, it makes grain handling faster, easier and more efficient across the yard.”

The conveyor is available under the following brands: AGI Batco, AGI GrainMaxx, AGI Hutchinson, and AGI Westfield.

The FX4 18S is a high-capacity, electric top-drive conveyor, built to unload up to 10,500 bph, with a 12¾-inch tube and 18-inch belt, a 43% increase over the FX4 15S. Available in 39-foot and 44-foot lengths, it is engineered for fast, efficient bin unloads. Key features include:

  • Parallel hopper cloth frame updated for improved collapsibility
  • New steel hopper option for enhanced durability
  • New pinch-drive roller for reliable belt traction
  • Larger drive roller for higher capacities
  • Discharge hood for direct grain flow

“The FX4 18S is all about capacity and control,” Woods added. “We’ve upgraded the belt, rollers, and hopper to give farmers a conveyor that performs under pressure and simplifies setup.”

The conveyor is available under the following brands: AGI Batco, AGI Hutchinson, and AGI Westfield.
