Kawasaki has introduced two new models to the Brute Force lineup of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). The Brute Force 300 and 450 are slated to be available for purchase in winter 2025. Both vehicles feature updated styling and power enhancements.

Brute Force 300

The Brute Force 300 is powered by a liquid-cooled 4-stroke 271cc SOHC, 2-valve single-cylinder engine, delivering strong performance and substantial torque. With a bore and stroke of 72.7mm x 65.2mm, this compact engine is tuned to optimize low- to mid-range performance, providing enhanced controllability. The addition of fuel injection offers linear power delivery, a more direct throttle response, and a stable fuel supply regardless of air temperature or atmospheric pressure.

The vehicle is built around a solid, durable frame paired with a wide stance. Its combination of straight-line stability and responsive cornering enhances control and contributes to overall ride comfort. Optimized chassis balance, carefully tuned suspension, and refined steering geometry provide control at speed, and light handling effort at slower maneuvers.

Equipped with front and rear carriers, the ATV is designed for utility. The front rack supports up to 44 pounds, while the rear rack can carry up to 66 pounds. Both racks are equipped with built-in hooks to help secure loads. For heavier tasks, the ATV boasts an impressive towing capacity of 500 pounds.

Other Highlights

  • Handlebar-mounted LED light
  • Continuously variable transmission, with hi/lo ranges and reverse, with centrifugal clutch
  • New back-Lit LCD multifunction instrument panel
  • Maxxis tires
  • Front and rear hydraulic disk brakes with mechanical parking brake
  • Wide foot pegs and large protective floorboards
  • Convenient water-resistant front storage
  • 12V DC socket to power accessories

A range of accessories is available, including a 2-inch hitch ball, 2-inch drawbar, brush guards, and more. Pricing starts at $5,199.

Brute Force 450

The Brute Force 450 is powered by a liquid-cooled 443cc SOHC, 4-valve single-cylinder engine. Its all-aluminum cylinder, with electrofusion-coated bores, ensures durability, heat management, and lightweight construction. A 38mm fuel-injection system provides smooth throttle response and reliable starting, while the centrifugal clutch transmission delivers low, high, neutral, and reverse gears.

Wide tread and suspension geometry provide stable handling, while heavy-duty front and rear carriers support 75 pounds and 150 pounds, respectively. A standard 2-inch hitch offers 1,050 pounds of towing capacity, with the frame designed to handle a 2,500-pound class winch. Practical features, such as an integrated winch mount and durable plastic fuel tank, also boost utility.
