The internet is filled with influencers all vying for your views. Who you choose to watch can have a surprisingly impact on how these content creators continue to reach people and on what kind of content the algorithms serve you moving forward.
One super popular area for creators today is food. Who hasn’t gotten some great recipes, saw a restaurant you really want to try, or enjoyed watching someone else do all the work of cooking?
As we all know, there are a lot of people who bash agriculture, instead favoring misleading labeling claims or talking about how bad a certain food item is. Even though all food comes from agriculture, some people don’t seem to make the connection with their food.
So here are some of the best food and recipe creators/influencers who actually support agriculture!
She Likes Milk
The face behind She Likes Milk is Hailey Pipher. Pipher grew up on her family’s dairy farm in Upstate New York, is a former dairy princess, and studies Agriculture Science at Cornell University.
She Likes Milk celebrates the goodness of life, which serves as a reminder to do (and eat) what brings you joy, starting with a glass of milk. Pipher shares delicious-looking recipes on her social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Her recipes could easily cover an entire menu. Some of her specialties are making various flavors of English muffins, bagels, and scones. But she also has recipes for soups, meat dishes, and creative sides.
She has also shared her journey of running a roadside farm stand. You can join Pipher’s “Real Milk Club” newsletter and even purchase her funny and dairy-supporting merchandise in addition to following along on her social media!

Paige_Eat_World
Paige Roberts grew up all around the world. She was born in Florida, grew up in Tokyo, and traveled all around the world.
While trying to find her path in life, she was drawn to cows. They provided a life of working hard, using your hands, and doing good by providing food for the world. Roberts works as a dairy herdsperson, loves giving farm tours, and gives a “behind the scenes” look at how food is produced and made.
She shares food facts, answering questions like “does milk have hormones in it?” and “what makes cheese yellow?”. Her goal is to bridge the connection between farm and fork, by answering one food question at a time! Find her on Instagram and TikTok.
