The GROWMARK Foundation is again offering 55 scholarships, totaling $2,000 each, to students pursuing agriculture and business-related degrees or certificates at colleges, universities, and technical schools in the United States and Ontario, Canada.

At the time of application, students must be high school seniors or equivalent, enrolled in a university, community college, or technical school for the fall semester of 2025, or enrolled and in good standing at a university, community college, or technical school.

Scholarship applications can be accessed here and are due April 11, 2025. Students who are awarded a scholarship will be notified on May 21, 2025.

The scholarship program supports students pursuing higher education in agriculture and business, dividing recipients into three categories based on their field of study and degree level. These scholarships aim to invest in the future of agriculture by assisting students at both community colleges and universities.

  • The first category includes students earning an associate degree from a community college or technical school with a focus on agriculture. These recipients are preparing for careers in various agricultural fields, gaining hands-on skills and technical knowledge essential to the industry.
  • The second category supports students pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in an agriculture-related field at a university. These recipients are committed to advancing agricultural science, education, and innovation, equipping themselves to tackle the industry’s evolving challenges.
  • The final category includes students earning a bachelor’s degree or higher with a business focus. These individuals are preparing for leadership roles in agricultural economics, agribusiness, and related fields, ensuring the industry’s long-term sustainability and growth.

“At GROWMARK, we believe it is important to support students in their pursuits of a degree and career in agriculture or business-related fields,” said Ashley McClintock, GROWMARK Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services. “These students will be part of our future workforce, and we believe it is essential to help them achieve their academic goals. This investment is one way we can foster their growth and ensure a strong future for cooperatives and agriculture as a whole.”
