Tractor Supply Company has announced the results of its spring Paper Clover campaign to benefit 4-H. Customers donated $1,135,127.00 to support 4-H youth programs in local communities across the country, which will help send 4,540 children to 4-H summer camp this year, and brings the total funds raised to more than $25 million.

The Paper Clover campaign, now in its 15th year, recently earned the top honor for Best Consumer Donation Initiative during Engage for Good’s 2025 Halo Awards. The Gold Halo Award was presented at the annual Gala on April 24, which recognizes the most outstanding partnerships between for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations that drive meaningful impact for the cause and the business.

“Tractor Supply is incredibly proud of our longstanding partnership with 4-H and is honored to receive a 2025 Gold Halo Award for this important initiative,” said John Ordus, chief stores officer at Tractor Supply and member of the National 4-H Council board of trustees. “So many of our customers, Team Members and families have connections to 4-H and eagerly participate in our Paper Clover campaigns so that future generations may benefit from 4-H’s incredible programming. During the spring fundraiser, our customers once again demonstrated their generous spirit, raising funds that will make a very real impact on young people nationwide.”

The spring Paper Clover campaign, held from April 18 through May 5, encouraged customers to donate at checkout. Ninety percent of all donations directly support state and local 4-H youth as they engage in hands-on programs and activities that help prepare them for work and life. The remaining 10% of funds support national 4-H programming.

“This summer, almost 500,000 kids will attend 4-H camps to build their independence and leadership skills while having fun and creating a sense of community. Thanks to Tractor Supply and all the customers who donate to the spring Paper Clover campaign, we’re able to provide more support to these local camps,” said Heather Elliott, chief development & marketing officer at National 4-H Council. “While we love green clovers and red vests, earning the Engage for Good Gold Halo Award together highlights that local consumer campaigns work. We’re excited to continue our partnership to help even more youth this year.”

4‑H is America’s largest youth development organization, empowering nearly six million young people with the skills to be productive, healthy and engaged. Its research-based programming includes activities in agriculture, health, science, financial literacy and civic engagement. With the Beyond Ready initiative, 4-H will help 10 million youth become ready for life and work by 2030.

Tractor Supply and National 4-H Council won the Gold Halo Award for Best Consumer Donation Initiative for their sustained collaboration and the breadth of its impact. The Halo Awards celebrate programs that weave together business goals and resources with social purpose, resulting in measurable positive change for people and/or the planet.
