Every Tractor Supply National FFA Convention T-shirt incorporates the convention theme, which for 2025 is “Empower,” a reference to the organization’s commitment to helping young people find inspiration and direction to lead, making an impact on the world around them. Tractor Supply created several design options that incorporated the theme before FFA officers selected the winning design.
“Each year, we look forward to the opportunity to design and sell the iconic FFA Convention T-shirt,” said Joe Fell, Vice President Merchandise Presentation, Promotions and Events at Tractor Supply. “While the shirt provides a unique way for FFA members and alumni to commemorate each year’s theme, it also helps us support the organization’s important work preparing students for leadership and careers in the science, business and technology of agriculture. We are excited to reveal this year’s design as we work alongside FFA to empower the next generation.”
FFA Convention T-shirts are now available for purchase at Tractor Supply stores nationwide. Proceeds from the campaign benefit FFA programs including the “Living to Serve” student community empowerment program, “Alumni Legacy Grants” that provide $1,000 scholarships annually to students pursuing degrees in agricultural education and “Gift of Blue,” which provides funding for FFA members who might not otherwise be able to afford their own FFA jackets.

Tractor Supply has partnered with FFA since 1985, helping to raise more than $24 million through various initiatives to support education and scholarship programs that are preparing students for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. The Tractor Supply Company Foundation recently raised more than $1 million for the 2026 FFA Future Leaders Scholarship Fund, supporting FFA students pursuing agriculture-related studies and the skilled trades.
The 98th National FFA Convention & Expo will be held October 29 to November 1 in Indianapolis and is one of the largest student conventions in the world with a mission to develop, educate and inspire. Members and alumni will gather and grow through workshops, speakers, networking opportunities and more.
