The 98th National FFA Convention & Expo wrapped up in Indianapolis after drawing a record-setting crowd of more than 73,000 attendees from across the nation, as announced by the National FFA Organization. The event’s massive turnout generated an estimated $41 million boost to the economy of host city Indianapolis.

Wearing their iconic blue jackets, FFA members filled venues across central Indiana, from the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium to the State Fairgrounds, as they participated in competitions, workshops, and community service. More than 3,000 students and delegates gave back through 28 service projects, including creating 1,541 dog leashes by braiding over 70,000 feet of paracord for Indy Humane as part of the Living to Serve program.

Learning opportunities were abundant, with over 13,000 students and educators joining 141 workshops — 102 designed for students and 39 for teachers. Downtown hotels brimmed with blue as hundreds of rooms were booked to accommodate the influx of members.

Inside the Expo Hall, attendees connected with more than 300 industry exhibitors spanning agriculture, technology, manufacturing, and education, while next door, the ShopFFA Mega Store featured over 30 vendors offering official FFA gear and merchandise.
